Born: 1976

Interests: strategic decision making, corporate restructuring, behavioural change, performance management

I am interested in understanding the process of behavioral change and institutional development in the context of corporate restructuring.

My current research focuses on Eastern Europe, particularly Romania. I analyse in depth strategic decisions focusing on understanding the factors that influence managerial behaviour and the evolution of institutions in the context of mergers and acquisitions. My research is primarily qualitative and my interviewees are senior and middle managers. I use interviews and mental modeling techniques.
