Adrian G. Bors received the M.S. degree in Electronics Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Bucharest, Romania, in 1992 and the Ph.D. degree in
Informatics from the University of Thessaloniki, Greece in 1999.

From September 1992 to August 1993 he was a research scientist at the Signal Processing Laboratory, Tampere University of Technology, Finland. From
1993 to 1999 he was an Research Associate at the University of Thessaloniki. Since March 1999 he is with the Department of Computer Science, University of York, U.K., where he is currently a lecturer. Dr. A. G. Bors is an
associate editor of IEEE Trans. on Neural Networks and has published over 40 papers in international journals and conferences. Dr. Bors is a member of the IEEE.
