Interests: Nonlinear integrable systems, nonlinear evolutions equations, algebraic geometry, biological applications

I am working in three main directions

1. (old one) supersymmetric integrable hierarchies of soliton equations

2. biological applications of discrete dynamical systems to genetic circuits

3. Algebraic geometric approach to discrete integrable systems
