Abstract: This paper underlines the fact that in human resources selection methodology not only the assessment instruments need to be standardized, but the selection criteria as well. In order to avoid toxic decision, taken under highly emotional states, witch commonly occur during the human resources selection process, we propose a fuzzy selection of the most appropriate candidates.
